How ordering works at Asia Grocery — from your first inquiry to a container at your port. Simple, transparent, and aligned with international trade practice.
Ordering Process — 4 Steps
Step 1 — Send Your Inquiry
- Browse our catalog by category or use the product search, then click Request Wholesale Quote on any product;
- Or send your product list directly via the contact form, email contact@egrocery.asia, or WhatsApp/WeChat +84 909 046 308;
- Please include destination port/country and estimated quantities so we can quote accurately.
Step 2 — Receive Your Quotation
- We reply with a wholesale export quotation and full catalog, normally within 24 hours (working days);
- Quotations state unit prices (USD), validity period, delivery terms, and estimated lead time.
Step 3 — Confirm Your Order
- Order is confirmed by proforma invoice / sales contract;
- Deposit: 50% of the order value; balance before shipment unless otherwise agreed;
- Payment methods: T/T (bank transfer) and L/C (letter of credit). Bank details appear only on our official proforma invoice — please verify by phone before transferring.
Step 4 — Shipping & Documents
- Delivery per Incoterms® 2020 — commonly FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight); other terms on request;
- Standard document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading; plus certificate of origin (CO), quality certificate (CQ), and health certificates where applicable;
- We keep you updated with production, loading photos, and vessel tracking until arrival.
Minimum Order & Container Consolidation
Minimum order quantity is generally one 20-foot container (40-foot available). Mixed consolidation is our strength: combine multiple brands and categories — home care, personal care, beverages, and food — in a single container to optimize your cost and test new products with lower risk.
Claims
Please inspect goods promptly upon receipt. Claims for quantity or visible defects should be sent in writing with photos and inspection details within the period stated in the sales contract. See our Terms of Service for details.
