Vietnamese Spring Rolls Recipe

Step 1: How to Boil a Roast of Pork

Pork is washed with water, to eliminate the smell of meat, you use a little salt to rub around the meat and then wash it 2-3 times with water, then take it out to dry. Step 3: Make dipping sauce

Put 2 tablespoons of sugar in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of filtered water, stir until the sugar dissolves, then add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 5 tablespoons of fish sauce, continue stirring. Finally, add all the minced garlic and chili peppers to finish the sauce.
